Job Title: Partner Account Manager (Indirect Channel Sales), Medical Devices
Job Description: Indirect Channel Account Manager
Play an integral role in bringing Philips Emergency Care Professional to those that need it most through harnessing our partner relationships.
Your role:
1. Work with Indirect Channel Partners to ensure UKI customers have the right medical devices to meet patient needs.
2. Build trusted relationships and plan with partners to maximise order intake, sales, price realisation & customer satisfaction, delivering positive change and achieving sales forecasts.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business and product information, and work with partners to analyse sales, market trends, and competition.
4. Co-develop and implement sales strategies for the Partner Management Emergency Care Professional Business.
5. Expand and strengthen existing partnerships in coordination with the business manager.
6. Evaluate and select new sales partners in collaboration with the business manager.
7. Responsible for quarterly and monthly forecasting, OIT figures, etc.
8. Conduct strategic customer visits with partners.
9. Plan and deliver product trainings.
10. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, covering the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Ideal candidate:
1. Has a customer-focused background with eagerness for administrative tasks.
2. Excellent communicator, capable of balancing internal and external stakeholder priorities.
3. Several years of professional sales experience or high sales affinity.
4. Business knowledge and good technical understanding.
5. Strong customer, product, and market understanding aligned with company goals.
6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, professional appearance, and high customer orientation.
7. Energised by data, monitoring competition, market trends, and articulating business insights.
8. Motivated by making a positive patient impact through your expertise.
9. Holds a full UK Driving License.
