As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll deploy product updates, resolve production issues, and implement integrations that meet company and client needs. Leveraging cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and automation, you’ll help evolve our platforms while ensuring performance and security. What You’ll Be Doing As you get up to speed, we’ll support you in becoming familiar with our teams, product domains, tech stack, and processes —helping you understand how we work together. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will: Automate and optimize operations – Design and develop tools to streamline application service operations, enhance observability, and ensure efficient auditing. Improve system reliability and security – Perform root cause analysis for production issues, implement long-term fixes, and proactively mitigate cybersecurity threats. Scale and maintain infrastructure – Support and evolve our Kubernetes-based microservices ecosystem to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate and drive best practices – Work closely with engineering, application, and product teams to implement scalable solutions while ensuring development aligns with operational excellence. Influence and mentor – Share expertise through technical demos, brown bag sessions, and design proposals, while mentoring engineers to foster technical growth across the organisation. Our main tech stack includes: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes & Docker, Kotlin, Temporal, SpringBoot, React.js, Typescript, Material-UI, Next.js Node.js, MongoD, PostgreS and Kafka. You’ve a passion for developing your craft - you get what it takes to build quality, robust and scalable solutions. So, what is important to us 5 years of relevant DevOps / SRE experience 2 years supporting a high availability cloud environment in a DevOps or SRE role Experience provisioning, deploying, and supporting containers with Helm / Kustomize, Kubernetes, and Docker) Hands-on monitoring tool usage (Grafana, Prometheus) Experience with infrastructure as code technologies for cloud resources, preferably Terraform Familiarity with cloud service platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure, VPC, TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, DNS, etc. ) Above all, you’ll get stuff done, more importantly, you’ll collaborate to do the right things, in the right way, to achieve the right outcomes.
