Were seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to take ownership of the production processes, drive efficiency, and maintain high standards for fresh food quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversees daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met while upholding product freshness, quality, and food safety standards. Implements and adjusts production schedules to meet demand, optimize resources, and minimize waste. Manages, trains, and develops a high-performing team to consistently deliver on quality and efficiency targets. Ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to fresh food manufacturing. Monitors production metrics, analyzes data, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the fresh food industry. Strong knowledge of fresh food safety protocols, quality control, and shelf-life management. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on communication and team building. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
