Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to meet and exceed project objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of personnel and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and safety on the construction site.
