Main duties of the job We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Registered Nurse to join the wider Community Nursing Team which includes Community Matrons, District Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants. You will work under the direction of a District Nurse to assess, implement and evaluate person centred care for a caseload of patients. You will undertake clinical skills including venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation and end of life including syringe drivers. Post holders will be available to work Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm. A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use if required for this post, however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
