We are a trusted provider working with local authorities across London to support children with special educational needs (SEN) or gaps in their education. We are seeking passionate and experienced ABA Tutors to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who require additional educational support. Sessions are delivered flexibly, tailored to the needs of the child, and take place in their home, school, or a local library. Contract & Pay: Contract type: Temporary. Pay: Starting from £25 per hour. Hours: Flexible-choose to work as much or as little as suits you. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available. Job Description & Duties: Deliver 1:1 Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) tutoring sessions to children with SEN, adapting teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each child. Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to create and implement tailored learning plans. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to support children in reaching their educational goals. Track and report on student progress, ensuring continuous assessment and feedback to relevant stakeholders. Attend training sessions and keep up to date with best practices in ABA and SEN education. Required Qualities: Minimum of 1 year's experience in ABA tutoring. The right to work in the UK. Possess or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. Minimum of 1 year's experience working with children with SEN needs. Desirable Qualities: Experience working with children with SEN. Teaching qualification or a relevant SEN qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
