Job Description

Qualified Social Worker, Lancashire Council, Adults Physical Disabilities Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team

Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team

The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager

The responsibilities will include:

•Experienced qualified Social Worker required for community team
•Older adults/ physical disabilities
•Undertake Care Act/ Mental capacity assessments
•Working from home during COVID with visits for lockdown
•Liaise with other professionals
•36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
•2 Month Temporary Contract
•Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance
