A Little More About Your Role…
1. Be responsible for the monitoring of the staff delivering LRSP’s suite of local road safety training and initiatives.
2. Maintain current availability through efficient and regular use of Clarity FOBS trainer availability calendar.
3. Where requested, undertake evaluation and further development of road safety training to service users.
4. Work independently, without supervision in a variety of locations and professional settings.
5. Where necessary, manage conflict and dissatisfied clients, taking the appropriate action in challenging circumstances in-line with the LRSP’s trainer handbook.
6. Provide support to the wider Education, Training and Engagement teams of LRSP.
7. Respond to instruction, complaint enquiries and requests from the LRSP Training Supervisor and the LRSP Business Support team.
8. Participate in internal and external assessment procedures, ensuring compliance with national directives and fulfilling a commitment to continuing professional development.
9. Maintain compliance with UKROEd Trainer Licence Agreement.
10. Maintain competences in your training skill set, ensuring qualifications are current and relevant in relation to local and national deliverables and mandatory requirements, including all mandatory and requested courses via Lincs2Learn and CPD through UKROEd Academy.
11. Provide a dynamic and responsive training service through a flexible approach to availability.
12. Support links between LRSP and road safety professional bodies such as UKROEd, RSGB, the Institute of Advanced Motorists and RoSPA.
