So…. What is this role exactly?
We have a small number of opportunities for a Clearance and Cleaning Operative to join Your Housing Group's Repairs and Maintenance Division, covering the Staffordshire areas.

What will my working week look like?
This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will live within the Northwest to be able to cover your area Staffordshire. You will also need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.
What will I be responsible for doing?
As a Clearance & Cleaning Operative, you will….
* Undertake property clearance & Void cleaning work.
* Conduct low maintenance gardening works.
* Deliver services in a customer-focused environment.
* Go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service.
And what would make me stand out from the crowd?
* You will have a full UK Driving License (ideally no more than 6 points).
* Knowledge of the Environmental cleaning sectors and industry best practices.
* Basic health and safety knowledge in a repair’s environment.
* Be resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic.
* Be innovative and creative in your ways of working.

This role also offers genuine progression opportunities; many of our operatives go on to gain further qualifications or take up team leader, supervisory, or secondment roles internally when they arise.
