Hourly Rate: £14 per hour
Job Context: As Calleva continues to expand, there is a growing need to enlarge the HR Team to better support the business's operational requirements.
Job Purpose: Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist and support the HR function, encompassing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, within a fast-paced energetic business.
Main Tasks:
* Providing general administrative support across the function.
* Managing all HR e-mail inboxes and responding to enquiries through various communication channels, such as e-mail and Teams.
* Processing all employee documentation/records, whilst also maintaining Employment Hero to ensure that files are up to date and legally compliant.
* Support with ad-hoc project-based work.
* Monitoring all absences through Employment Hero and ensuring RTW’s are completed, providing support where needed.
* Supporting and developing internal processes and communications.
* Supporting in building training plans, records, and training material.
* Supporting with the onboarding, induction, and exit experience.
* Generating HR documentation, including (but not limited to); contracts, variation letters, FWR outcome letters, meeting invitations.
* To participate and support wellbeing initiatives for Calleva.
* To always maintain confidentiality, in accordance with GDPR.
* Assist HRM with collating data for metrics.
* Manage all administration surrounding training.
* Become the HRM Super User.
* Management of PDAR Process and any administration linked.
* Payroll related admin.
* T&A Management and Super User of Paxton.
* Occupational Health Co-Ordinator for annual visits.
Person Specification:
* Minimum of Level 3 CIPD.
* Proven experience in a similar HR administration role.
* Strong understanding of administrative activities within the HR function.
* Previous experience with HRM systems.
* Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to work confidentially and professionally.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to be trained on Employment Hero.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn in a growing company.
* High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Solutions-focused mindset.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Understanding of GDPR.
* Exposure to Payroll systems.
* Working towards L5 CIPD.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
