We are looking for a highly organised project manager with a strong interest in operations, to manage and provide support for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) account within the PR and Influence team, while assisting the wider team with operational success. Be a key player on one of the world's most recognised brands. Solid skills and experience in project management fundamentals are a must (budgeting, planning, developing statements of work etc.) and managing operational success within an agency environment – managing forecasting and resourcing. However, we are also after an individual with an appreciation and understanding of the public relations creative process, strategy, data, media, and production- as well as the people skills to foster a team culture.
What We Are Looking For:
We're seeking a highly organized and commercially astute project manager to drive operational excellence for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) account. You will be responsible for:
* Leading project delivery for the TCCC account, ensuring seamless execution of PR and influencer campaigns.
* Successfully managing project budgets and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
* Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project progression.
* Collaborating with Account Leads to develop and manage scopes of work, staff plans, and project budgets.
* Partnering with the commercial accountant to achieve commercial targets for the TCCC account, including accurate revenue forecasting and resource planning.
* Implementing and maintaining efficient operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing training to the team.
* Building strong relationships with TCCC clients and internal stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communication.
* Developing a deep understanding of TCCC's business objectives and translating them into effective PR and influencer strategies.
* Supporting financial administration tasks, such as raising POs and managing vendor relationships.
