Royal Mail P and FS are now recruiting for a Multi:site Cleaning Operative at Addlestone Delivery Office (KT15 2AA) and Chertsey Mail Centre (KT16 9AA).

Pay: GBP 12.00 Per Hour
Benefits: 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years' service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme and Defined Contribution pension scheme plus car parking.

Working Hours:Part time hours 19.5 per week, Monday : Saturday
Shift Pattern
Addlestone Delivery Office, 76 Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AA: 1.5 hrs a day Monday to Saturday (9 hrs a week)
Chertsey Delivery Office,74 Guildford Street, Chertsey KT16 9AA: 1.75 hrs a day Monday to Saturday (10.5 hrs a week)
There is a 10 minute drive between each site, your own vehicle/transport is required.
As part of Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions you will work from 10.00am to 13:25pm either as part of a team or as the only cleaner on site, ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of service our customers expect.
About the Role
As a cleaning operative you will be responsible for variety of tasks including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting and sanitising surfaces safely and professionally to a high standard.
We require someone who can operate a variety of cleaning equipment : however full training is provided with a first day induction. This role will be physically challenging and involves manual handling activities.
About You
Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential. Naturally friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills, you'll be able to communicate with customers and managers whilst complying with Health and Safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, self:motivated with a keen eye for detail. You'll be able to work on your own initiative, organising your own time, as you'll be managed remotely.
