Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Administrator to join our Ministry of Justice (MoJ) account in Bristol – Avon and Somerset Courts, this role is based on-site.
As an Administrator, you will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed safely, compliantly, and within required timeframes. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Site Manager and team leaders, enabling the seamless delivery of services to our clients.
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive support to the Site Manager and team leaders, managing databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Sharing critical information with team members, coordinating onboarding processes, and handling procurement tasks.
Upholding high standards of Health & Safety, maintaining and processing confidential information with discretion.
Supporting local and business zero-carbon programs by promoting strategic approaches.
Sharing key information across the team and producing reports to monitor compliance and operational performance.
We want to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in administration or business support roles is highly desirable.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, IT, and CAFM systems.
Excellent time-management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Attention to detail, accountability, adaptability and a proactive approach.
Ideally you will be qualified in Business Administration or a related field to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
Appropriate Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
