Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Oversee stock control, including receipt, storage, distribution, and sales. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet current needs without excess or loss. Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Ensure stock records align with physical inventory. Run stock enquiry reports and take necessary actions. Prevent stock loss by adhering to company policies and procedures, maintain a minimum requirement of 90% accuracy. Respond swiftly to problems and discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and process adjustments. Ensure stock records are correct and match the physical holding on site. Respond quickly to problems and discrepancies identified. Collect and compile daily damage reports. Manage the return process to minimise impact on current stock. Reconcile actual counts with system records. Respond to product and inventory inquiries. Be available for stock control functions and end-of-year inventory
