As Operations Manager at IRM Group, you will play a pivotal role in the direction and management of our operational business. This position is central to ensuring profitability, efficient delivery of business plans, and maintaining strong relationships across teams and clients in a fast paced, reactive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Take ownership of profit and loss accounts for our site locations, with a focus on scrutinising budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
•Drive improvement in core business KPIs, aligning with company wide performance expectations.
•Oversee staff resourcing including recruitment, development, promotions, and where necessary, disciplinary actions.
•Champion effective training and system optimisation to ensure teams are equipped to deliver the best financial outcomes.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships across live projects, ensuring satisfaction and contract performance.
•Lead or support cross functional improvement projects that align with strategic business goals analysing performance, presenting recommendations, and helping implement change.
