We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role will be dealing with existing customers and offers variation within the role where you can build relationships with customers, engineers and other internal departments.

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Handling inbound calls from existing customers and dealing with queries such as invoice queries, confirmation of dates engineers are attending site, any issues the customer may have
2. Problem solving and ensuring the customer is satisfied
3. Building relationships with customers, engineers and other departments
4. Ensuring the database is up to date with notes and any changes that need amending have been completed
5. Replying to customers via email
6. Ensuring you are delivering a high level of customer service
