Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering innovation. We are seeking experienced and driven Multi Channel Specialists to join our UK Team.
This individual will be responsible for the direct sales of the company’s products. Calls on existing and prospective customers across targeted HCP specialties providing product information, clinical data, pricing, promotional information, and appropriate company information regarding Evolus. The successful candidate will develop new accounts and grow existing accounts within their established geographic territory, while meeting and exceeding established sales quotas. They will harvest new business and work closely with the team of Multi-Channel Managers to provide the relevant support to the customer. Additionally, the ideal candidate thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-growing environment, understands sales methodologies and provides an excellent customer experience. They need to be a tenacious, self-driven individual who is also a team player.
This individual, under general supervision, will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products/services and resolve complaints in a timely, accurate and professional manner. In this role, individuals are responsible for fostering the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive customer interactions and building strong customer relationships.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
1. To achieve or exceed the sales targets and sales objectives within a defined territory or as directed by line management with a focus on driving new business and lead generation.
2. Develop strong customer loyalty by operating with a long-term vision.
3. Development and implementation of annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
4. Leverage the Evolus Service Platform (ESP) to support the HCP marketing, medical education and practice management needs.
5. Ensures cross functional working with the Medical Service Liaison (MSL) and Medical Affairs Clinician (MAC) and HCP Advocates to differentiate the scientific data and clinical benefits of using the Evolus range of products.
6. Sell company products in a defined territory via sales presentations, promotional activities, and education events.
7. Work with direct line manager to deploy a commercial strategy and account plan for each commercial client, ensuring the appropriate level of support and resource allocation.
8. Analyse sales data, customers’ segment and potential, growth drivers and competitive actions on a regular basis.
9. Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of market trends and developments in the market and competitor activity.
10. Attend key national, regional and sales meetings and industry congress as required by the company (may involve overnights and weekend commitment).
11. Ensure all customer related activity is recorded on a daily basis within the CRM system.
12. Perform company related administrative activities.
13. Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local, and company policies and procedures.
14. Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties when assigned.
15. Act in a professional manner when representing Evolus.
Skills and Qualifications Preferred for this Dynamic Team Member
1. Bachelor’s degree or two years of related aesthetic, pharmaceutical or other relevant sales experience required.
2. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
3. Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. Highly skilled in verbal and written communications.
5. Energized by building, innovating, and change.
6. Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and skilled in Excel.
7. Experience with Salesforce.
Desirable skills:
1. Full clean driving license.
2. ABPI qualification (or willingness to complete this in your own time within two years).
3. Sense of humor and desire to have fun.
4. Tenacity and grit.
