As a Shift Manager at Wingstop, you'll be working closely with the senior managers and crew to create a great working environment influencing all your team members to deliver a great Wingstop experience to our customers.
What qualities does a Shift Manager need to join a Wingstop?
* 6 - 12 months of supervisory or management experience, preferably from a QSR background
* Customer and team focused, excited by the opportunity to deliver a FLAVOUR experience
* A strong, commercially aware leader to drive performance on shift and inspire the team
* A true passion for our amazing food, bringing our flavours to life
* Lead your teams by example
* Responsible for the day to day running of shifts
* Play an important role in people development, training, and coaching
* Responsible for high standards of cleanliness across the restaurant
