As our Colleague Experience Consultant, you will serve as an integral member of our People function. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the Aegon UK business, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the colleague and candidate experience and journeys. You will work closely with people leaders, managers, and colleagues to identify pain points, streamline processes, and create a workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction, including: Designing maintaining and delivering an overall framework to support experience and journey management across the full range of people journeys, utilising and embedding methodologies taken from human-centred and service design practices. Collaborating with our People team to map the colleague and candidate journeys throughout the lifecycle, identifying touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Then working to deliver agreed changes. Utilising colleague feedback and people metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of People initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Building strong working relationships with people leaders, managers, internal SMEs and colleague networks and channels to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations regarding the colleague experience. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience in People/HR, Colleague Experience and/or Customer Experience or Design. Process / journey improvement experience from initial idea to implementation. Change and project management experience. Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity to solve problems and generate solutions Experience of user centric design methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and understanding of employee needs What’s in it for you?
