This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and talent management. The interesting role requires a high level of HR expertise to navigate the complexities of HR operations across multiple jurisdictions. As part of this multifaceted role, you can expect to be involved with all aspects of HR including: HR Advisory & Consultation: Extensive HR advisory support experience, providing independent guidance to leadership in a multinational context Employee Relations & Compliance: Strong experience handling complex employee relations across multiple countries Talent Management & Recruitment: Ability to drive strategic workforce planning and manage recruitment HR Systems & Process Improvement: Expertise in optimizing HR processes and leveraging HRIS technology Stakeholder Engagement: Proactive business partner, capable of influencing leadership Learning & Development: Experienced in upskilling managers and building leadership capabilities Change Management: Skilled in managing organisational change and transformation projects for Area What you need to have CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent (and working towards Level 7) Strong project management skills, particularly in HR-related initiatives Proficient in HRIS systems and data analytics for workforce planning Proven experience in an HR senior advisory role, preferably in a multinational or multi-country environment Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning Experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development Demonstrated ability to work independently while providing strategic HR support Who we are The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is an organisation dedicated to honouring and caring for the graves and memorials of servicemembers who died in the two World Wars.
