Our client, a highly regarded organisation in the property sector, is seeking a skilled Administrator/PA to join their team. As an integral member of their team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring seamless operations.
What you'll be doing:
1. Assisting senior executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
2. Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
3. Maintaining confidential files and records.
4. Handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
5. Coordinating logistics for events, conferences, and meetings.
6. Liaising with external stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships.
7. Undertaking ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
