What the Job Involves Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of vulnerable children, young people, and adults through high-quality Social Work practice. Undertake assessments and interventions in collaboration with multiple agencies and stakeholders. Develop and review care and support plans in line with current legislation. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records, reports, and assessments. Evaluate and manage risks while promoting co-production and independence. Plan and work within allocated financial resources to deliver effective social care services. Act as an advocate for service users, providing information, advice, and support. Engage in professional supervision and team collaboration to enhance service delivery. Promote the empowerment of service users by listening to their views and including them in decision-making. Contribute to service review, development, and implementation of relevant legislation and guidance.
