Feltwell Surgery located in West Norfolk, is looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a receptionist/care navigator.
This vital role involves providing outstanding customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of the practice. This is a part-time position working 19 hours over 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday).
General practice is a challenging environment that requires a calm and caring approach with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has customer service/patient experience.

Main duties of the job
* Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage patient queries.
* Navigate patients through the healthcare system, providing information and support.
* Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date.
* Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
