Position: Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Multiple Locations in Leeds Available - preferences discussed with manager at interview.
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (including sleep-in allowance)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Flexible and determined by the needs of the service on a shift basis, including early mornings, late-night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. Potential sleep overnight shifts.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Under the general direction of the Registered Manager, Senior Staff, and Care Officers, work as a team to deliver a high standard of care that meets the individual needs of the children and young people both socially and emotionally.
2. Make and maintain positive relationships with the children and young people, safely meeting their physical care and management needs, particularly for those who may present challenging behaviour.
3. Offer additional and supplementary cover to the existing staff teams within children’s homes on an “as and when” basis.
