We have an exciting opportunity for a placement student to join our HR team for an 8-12 week period between June to August.
We work with our legal business and management services colleagues to recruit, onboard, develop and recognise our talent. This role will give the successful candidate insight into all of these activities along with hands-on experience of People systems, policies, and practices. We are a friendly, collaborative team whose goal is to ensure that all our colleagues feel supported and valued and are able to be themselves at work.

The role
As part of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with team projects involving job spec design and implementation
* Opportunity to shadow team members in stakeholder/colleague Network group meetings
* Involvement in recruitment and onboarding activities
* Processing administration for HR team members
We are looking for someone who:
* Has good written and oral communication skills
* Enjoys working in teams
* Is able to multi-task
* Pays attention to detail
* Ideally has experience of Excel, Outlook, and Word
