Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS), with the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential. Key Requirements:Minimum time served 3 years in BMS.Proven experience in commissioning Building Management Systems.Expertise with Niagara (N4) and knowledge of Trend. Distech, Cylon or Siemens is also an advantage however training can be provided.Experience with all protocols, trend lan, BACnet, SIP, and Modbus, lorawan, mbus etc is an advantage.Accomplished in control panel modifications essential.Valid CSCS/ECS or JIB registration, ideally holding an ECS BMS technician card.Full UK driving license.
