We have an exciting opportunity to join FCRM Operations leading the Mablethorpe Field Team. If you’re passionate about the environment and people, and leadership is part of your career plan this is the role you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to lead and inspire the Field Team in the South Humber and East Coast (SHEC) patch. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills, managing a frontline team.
You'll need to identify and prioritise the big risks, give clear direction and support to the team. You’ll ensure outputs are timely, on budget and of appropriate quality. Health, safety and wellbeing is critical for Field Teams who are working in high-risk environments with plant, tools and machinery.
You’ll also oversee budgets, work planning, recruitment, and ensure the teams personal development and training needs are met. You'll need to be flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
You'll join our Area People Leadership Community; a community of leaders within the Area and across the organisation committed to helping make the Environment Agency an even more fantastic place to work.
Your ongoing personal development is important. You will have the opportunity to gain further skills and knowledge to complement and enhance your capabilities as an effective leader and manager within the organisation.
We don’t just talk about diversity; we seek it, embrace it, and live it, for the benefit of our staff, our communities, and our environment. As an organisation we strive to reflect the communities we serve and continue to develop diversity throughout our workforce. We welcome applications from all backgrounds regardless of race, sexual orientation, or religion.
