This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard working week of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer ranges up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities
Some of the key duties are:
* Instructing mandatory and best practice compliance to our supply chain to keep properties in management compliant.
* Assisting with administration, facilitating visits between suppliers and residents, and providing documentation to multiple parties.
* Becoming a specialist in compliance legislation in relation to the private rented sector.
* Ensuring the correctness of compliance certification issued by suppliers.
* Communicating effectively with landlords, contractors, PMs, and local authorities.
* Keeping operating systems up to date with clear notes on actions relating to work orders.
* Collaborating with colleagues in other departments to achieve business objectives.
* Delivering exceptional customer service in all aspects of the business.
Qualifications and Experience
You need these qualifications and experience:
* Previous property/risk management experience is desired.
* Great verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
* Ability to lead and see jobs to a conclusion.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills with problem-solving ability.
* Good communication/negotiation skills.
* Confident in relaying information.
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills including MS Office Suite.
* Legal Right to Work in the UK.
