Development Graduate Scheme Start date: 2nd June 2025 Salary: £30k Location: Bath and surrounding area (involving some travel) Closing date: 30th April 2025 1st and 2nd interview dates: 13th – 20th May Scheme Outline: Become part of an expanding commercial house building division working for one of the largest social housing and support services organisations in the South West. As a graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 degree, you will be able demonstrate the attributes we look for in all our colleagues; customer focused, enthusiasm, attention to detail, independence whilst also team-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivation with a balanced view of work and life. Within Curo you will embark on a two-year operationally led rotational programme supported by a comprehensive learning and development plan. You will spend time in each of our divisions actively taking part in projects throughout the house-building cycle. Summary of the role: You will undertake a graduate-level development programme spanning the main areas of commercial house building over a period of two years, preparing you to take on a future role within Curo on completion. What will you need to commit to? The programme will run for two years and you must be prepared to work in different environments, ranging from office, client, sales office and construction site. You will need to attend all the development activities within the course, our corporate induction, mentoring and coaching sessions. You will be required to take personal responsibility for your continuous personal development. As a Curo colleague you will be expected to attend quarterly Executive Briefings and colleague conferences, as well as other important parts of Curo Company Life. You will be requested to provide constructive feedback on the programme and its content, as well as act as colleague support for any new graduates in future years. Personal characteristics/qualifications: You will need to be on target to achieve a 2:2 degree (or equivalent); ideally in a subject related to the construction industry, although passion to work for Curo and the house-building sector is more important to us.
