Are you ready to take on a pivotal role at this innovative Food Manufacturer as a Payroll Advisor? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact. You'll be at the forefront of supporting the day–to–day payroll responsibilities for this dedicated team of circa 475 employees.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your role will see you handling various essential tasks, including running payroll reports, supporting the payroll process, and managing all aspects of payroll queries. As part of the Manufacturing & Production sector, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that the team is compensated accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the day–to–day responsibility for the company's monthly payroll – circa 475 employees.
* Running the labour report on a weekly basis for Finance purposes.
* Providing the overtime report on a weekly basis.
Preferred Requirements:
* Strong experience in managing payroll processes and queries.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately, even in a fast–paced environment.
* Familiarity with pension processes and uploading new starters.
* Proficient in generating payroll reports and handling payroll documentation.
* Excellent communication skills for addressing payroll queries (inbox and face–to–face).
* Live within easy commute of Burton–On–Trent, Staffordshire.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant certification or diploma in Payroll Management or related field.
* Demonstrated understanding of payroll systems and software.
* Proven experience in managing payroll responsibilities for a sizable employee base.
