Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is a jet engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 aero engines. We provide medium and long - term spare engine leasing and bespoke financial solutions to airlines, aircraft lessors and OEMs and support over 60 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 500 jet engines. This role sits within the Parts Trading Team; a fast-paced, close-knit team responsible for maximising the residual value of the lease pool and providing aftermarket solutions to MROs and airlines. What You Will Be Doing Grow the Parts Trading customer base in EMEA region through parts sales, component leasing and trading activity. Achieve budgeted sales and acquisition targets and secure short term lease opportunities for engines. Manage key accounts; Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, oversee the transaction process from cradle to crave, identify and resolve any operational issues with support from the team and assist on certain debt management. Prepare and negotiate term sheets, SPAs and evaluations for submission to customers and internal approvals. Record activity on CRM, draft and maintain account management plan. Collate market information by liaising with our MRO partners, lessors and airline customers. Attend conferences and other industry events to expand network and source new leads. Perform pricing analysis for customer campaigns, including modelling acquisition economics ensuring that transactions achieve satisfactory returns. Analyse data and identify new market and business development opportunities. Prepare and present market changes, pricing fluctuations, competitor and customer insights to the engine leasing team and wider business as needed.
