You will be joining a top class building and civils company as a Site Engineer covering the areas of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
Playing a key role within the team, we are looking for Site Engineers with at least five years of experience in residential projects with extensive groundworks.

YOUR NEW ROLE
* Read and interpret construction drawings - provide clear guidance on layouts and material measurements, ensuring every detail aligns with project specifications
* Ensure the setting out is precise by establishing accurate lines, levels, and reference points on site, which serve as critical benchmarks for the construction process
* Proactively influence site progress and coordinate activities effectively to ensure that project deadlines are consistently met
* Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
* Work closely with team members to guarantee that all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards are strictly adhered to during every phase of the project
* Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the Management System to make sure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively implemented throughout the company
ABOUT YOU
* Demonstrate the ability to use your initiative and take accountability for a project from inception to completion
* Need to be deadline driven
* Hold a degree in Construction Engineering and Management or a related field
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required
* Experience in residential construction projects would be required from all applicants
* Prior experience in managing labour and materials is essential
* Familiarity with Health & Safety responsibilities is important
* Strong numeracy and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel, are necessary
* You will require all relevant site cards
* A full UK driving license is essential
SALARY AND BENEFITS
* Basic salary from £48,000 - £55,000 - depending upon experience and qualifications
