Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Administrator to join our team. This position is based in our Draycott office and is a customer service role. The position holder will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on guest and owner satisfaction and empathetically resolve guest or owner queries.
This role requires the candidate to support the Senior Client Service Advisers to oversee our portfolio and assist with compliance and health and safety for the managed property portfolio as required. You will be assisting with enquiries either in person, by telephone, or by email. In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
This role requires Saturday cover on a rota basis, with a day in lieu following training.
Responsibilities
* Acting as a support to Senior Client Service advisers in:
* Administration of housekeeper invoices, petty cash claims, owner bookings, and guest reviews.
* Managing property related issues as they arise and liaising with appointed contractors.
* Arranging and scheduling annual compliance and health and safety checks.
* Responding to all enquiries (via telephone and emails) and issues from guests and all owners providing a satisfactory solution in a timely manner.
* Ensuring that all guest feedback is handled promptly and professionally.
* Placing orders and purchasing.
* Assisting with general office administrative duties.

* Full clean driving license.
