Pedmore High School are recruiting for an Attendance & Admissions Officer.
We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
We are seeking to appoint an Attendance & Admissions Officer. There are elements of this role that may merge with other roles within the school such as Student Services Officer and general administration. The successful candidate will support school staff and students with general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and collating of data. They will also act as a school first aider, dealing with first aid issues as and when needed.
We have a strong team ethos within the school and you will be joining a welcoming staff, a very warm school, and one which is happy in its aspiration to achieve excellence for all.
You will need:
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and effective written and oral skills
* NVQ2 Administrative/Customer Service Qualification or other appropriate equivalent qualification or experience
* Good organisation skills, ability to deal with a variety of tasks, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
