An established law firm is looking to appoint a skilled and talented Residential Property Lawyer to join the growing team.
JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Up to circa £50,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a reputable Cambridgeshire based practice and deal with a varied caseload of residential property from initial instruction through to completion. You will be advising across the broad remit of residential property including sales, purchase, leaseholds, equity release and shared ownership matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 4 years of experience in handling your own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Ideal candidates include Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers who have proven technical expertise in handling their own caseload of matters including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and deeds of variations.
