Position: Project Manager

Our client, a privately owned leading Build Environment Consultancy are looking for an experience Project Manager to join their team in London. You will engage in various projects across sectors such as higher education, commercial office, and residential developments, and will be working on all stages of projects.
Core Responsibilities:
* Experience through the pre-construction and construction phases of a project
* Previous experience of report writing
* Ability to accept responsibility and act independently of senior management as required.
* An understanding of both NEC and JCT contracts
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and maintain client relationships.
* Experience managing construction projects and professional teams is necessary.
Qualifications:
* Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Project.
* A degree in a construction-related subject is preferred, but not required.
* Professional accreditation or working towards professional accreditation is preferable (RICS, CIOB,APM).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Confidence in delivering presentations and conducting client-facing meetings.
