The Catering Supplies division is a key part of the business, offering everything our customers need beyond the plate. We're looking for a Junior Buying Assistant Administrator to join our team in Slough. This is an amazing opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced commercial environment - no prior experience in buying is required! As a Junior Buying Assistant Administrator, your primary focus will be delivering high-quality, timely admin support across the catering supplies team. You'll work closely with our buyers, internal teams, and suppliers, gaining invaluable insight into how our products get to market.
Your responsibilities will include:
5. Supporting the implementation of supplier price changes
6. Running and compiling commercial reports
7. Assisting in setting up new product lines and managing delists
8. Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
9. Identifying and suggesting process improvements
What we are looking for in a candidate:
10. Strong admin and IT skills (Excel knowledge a plus)
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisation
12. Confident communicator, both written and verbal
13. A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset
14. Eagerness to learn and grow within a commercial team

Package
15. £27,000-30,000k basic salary
16. 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) as a minimum and the opportunity to buy more.
