The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced and established lawyer at Senior Associate/Partner level to join our existing Corporate team and support our ambitious growth strategy.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with both M & A and corporate finance transactions and a proven ability to lead transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ experience as a working in a busy Corporate team, an excellent knowledge of both relevant law and market practice and demonstrable experience of business development.
We require a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with and developing more junior team members and who is able to play key role, alongside partners and senior colleagues, to promote the continued growth of the Corporate team.
An ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload and work to strict deadlines are essential, as are having great communication skills and the ability to manage expectations across a wide range of competing needs.
