The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic FOH Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in conjunction with the Chef, managing events and hospitality, and ensuring a high-quality catering service that supports the wellbeing of pupils and staff. This role is pivotal in maintaining our college's catering and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate daily duties and oversee cash-up procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Deputy Principal on-site.
• Lead events and hospitality, and escort auditors/inspectors around the department.
• Ensure food and beverage service meets contract and standards.
• Prepare, cook, and organize meals, food, and beverages.
• Maintain good relationships with college staff and assist with general kitchen duties.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are achieved.
• Handle financial transactions and assist with cashing up.
• Participate in training courses and comply with health and safety regulations.
