Our client has a unique opportunity to join their team as a Quality Health Safety & Environmental Manager / Food Safety within the Contract Catering industry, where you will cover and provide the overview and support for our 3 different units in the UK. Main Responsibilities: To complete HACCP Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspections Support the local unit with any QHSE requirements Updating risk assessments Coach and develop the staff in the Unit Interact with customers and colleagues Adhere to safety measures & complete supplier audits and reviews Review findings with the management team & create action plans Coordinate and manage the customer audits Any other duties as requested by your manager. Skills and Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience in QHSE management and food safety, within catering Affiliation to a suitable professional body Minimum of a Diploma in Food Hygiene Experience of strengthening ISO certifications Excellent communication skills Ability to build relationships with customers Good analytical skills Excellent Excel skills and experience Pro-active approach and can-do attitude High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
