Speakeasy Therapy is a well-established independent therapy team, providing services to independent schools, local authorities, mainstream schools, families, and more across the East Midlands.
As part of Speakeasy Therapy, you’ll join a collaborative team of 32 members, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and support staff. We believe in creating a supportive and friendly environment, with regular meet-ups, monthly team prize draws, and high levels of supervision to make sure you feel like part of the family from day one.
About the Role:
As a Band 6 or 7 Speech and Language Therapist, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team supporting children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. You will enjoy a varied role, working both in schools and out in the community to deliver impactful therapy and support. This mix allows for creative and tailored interventions, while also engaging with children and families in their everyday environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions in schools and community settings.
* Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each child.
* Contributing to team meetings, training, and case discussions to enrich your professional development.

Requirements:
* Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
* HCPC and RCSLT registration
* Experience working with children and young people.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Driving licence
Salary and banding are dependent on experience and aligned with Agenda for Change (AFC) terms. Full employment pay and conditions are provided.
