NS2 £23,656 per annum pro rata
(equivalent to £12.26 per hour)
We are recruiting for a relief Cleaner to help us make sure that all Heritage and Culture Business Unit’s premises are kept safe, well maintained, hygienic and presentable to the quality standard expected at a national tourist destination and professional arts venue, to ensure the very highest level of visitor satisfaction.
You will be based at the National Civil War Centre / Palace Theatre site and may also be required to work off site – at the Resource Centre and/or Newark Castle for example.
You will be responsible for undertaking cleaning of the Heritage and Culture Business Unit’s premises in line with site-specific cleaning specifications and programmes, including all public and back areas of the buildings, as outlined in the cleaning schedule. To include exhibition spaces, learning areas, front of house, auditorium, backstage, stores, walls, corridors and staircases, washrooms and WCs, kitchen areas, offices, reception, retail area and café, grounds, library, resource centre etc.
