Main duties of the job Our Rapid Response Nurses work autonomously and act independently working within our Policies procedures and guidelines and have experience of working with children with complex healthcare needs/life limiting/ threatening illnesses and end of life. They work across organisations and different sectors with multiple professionals to ensure the provision of evidence based therapeutic interventions providing comprehensive assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of care. We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people's homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services.
