As a Nurse Assistant at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day care needs. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses and the wider care team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality, relationship-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. In this role, you will: Assist in delivering personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while always treating residents with respect and dignity. Safely assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Monitor residents' health, including taking vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition. Contribute to the development and updating of residents’ care plans to ensure personal-centred care is delivered. Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections. About You: A NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential and what we value is your compassion, dedication, and genuine interest in connecting with our residents.
