We’re working with a well-established, highly respected client in the residential real estate and furnishing solutions space who is looking to hire a Customer Sales Coordinator to support their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and ideally some exposure to property, interiors, or furniture.
About the Role
You’ll play a central role in ensuring a seamless experience for customers — managing orders, liaising with internal teams, and handling enquiries from clients. You'll be supporting the sales team and acting as the key contact throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate orders and customer enquiries from initial contact through to post-delivery
* Provide a high standard of phone-based customer support with empathy and efficiency
* Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
* Manage tasks and customer updates using CRM/ticketing platforms
* Maintain accurate system records and ensure updates are shared with relevant stakeholders
* Balance and prioritise a busy workload with calm and professionalism
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong customer service background – ideally in a fast-paced, commercial environment
* Great phone manner with empathetic, solutions-driven communication style
* Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
* Good business acumen – understands the commercial impact of service quality
* Experience or understanding of property, interiors, or furniture is a strong advantage
* Confident using CRM systems and ideally experience with ticketing platforms
What’s on Offer
* Full-time, permanent position
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm
* Hybrid working: 3 days in the Manchester office, 2 from home
