Client Administrator
A family feel and friendly maintenance company located in Borehamwood are expanding their team.
Job Role
* Liaise with clients on all new jobs and any current issues that may arise.
* Liaising with engineers to arrange call outs within company time frames.
* To liaise directly with suppliers and engineers to organise projects.
* Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for materials
* Manage correct pricing for all allocated projects
* Coordinating deliveries from manufacturers to site
* Organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems.
* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Telephone skills
