This role is a unique opportunity to earn an uncapped income based on the sales performance of your business on a self-employed basis.
We are seeking entrepreneurial General Managers to oversee the operations in a number of pubs across the Midlands & further afield, ensuring every sales opportunity is grasped, and exceptional guest service is delivered to every guest. The ideal candidate will have experience in the managed hospitality sector, specifically in pubs or bars at general manager level.
Essential criteria for this role includes a strong entrepreneurial flair & sales mentality, first-class team leadership, marketing & financial planning.
Planning a calendar of sales driving activity on a rolling eight-week basis including managing associated costs and return on investment.
You will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of your pub including:
1. Overseeing food preparation and ensuring food safety standards are met, including record keeping & dealing with food standards agency.
2. Implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
3. Handling administrative tasks such as stock management, ordering, and budgeting.
You will be responsible for paying your own team & associated costs.
