We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Delivery Manager to join our facilities team working on our Greater Manchester Police TFM contract based in Eccles, and covering the entire police estate across Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The role:
1. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
2. To manage, collate, examine, maintain and register all relevant information covering the necessary documentation required to ensure statutory and technical compliance across all relevant disciplines. These disciplines include, but are not limited to, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, fire, lifts, water.
3. Support management by assisting in the setting up of the system processes and making changes to ensure that all contractual compliance requirements are met.
4. Act as AP/RP in areas of competence where necessary
5. Review subcontractor and in-house team reporting to action and manage any follow on works to ensure compliance
6. To work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure that the statutory PPMs are being scheduled and carried out each month to ensure full compliance
7. To work proactively with the departmental and Hard FM team to establish and maintain a process for the management of all statutory compliance related matters, including monitoring, auditing, record keeping and control of documentation
8. Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with participation in the management call out rota
The person:
9. Technical qualifications in an engineering/building services discipline (Degree, Chartered Engineer) is preferable and comparable experience
10. Strongly Client focused, able to take ownership of projects.
11. Able to demonstrate good people skills
12. Highly developed specialist knowledge of the design and operation of building services installations, with excellent attention to detail.
13. Proven track record within the maintenance / hard services of an FM business
14. Experience of reporting structures demonstrate experience of formal and structured formal and informal reporting to management and client.
15. Must be able to achieve and retain relevant vetting clearance required by the client
16. Full UK driving licence as travel to sites across the contract will be required
