Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re looking for an HR Operations Manager to lead our HR operations and payroll function, enabling seamless and collaborative service delivery.
In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the backbone of our HR function, ensuring the effective management of day-to-day operations and providing critical support to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and HR Business Partner (BP) teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to align operational processes with strategic objectives and deliver exceptional employee experiences through the employment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead the delivery of core HR operational services, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, benefits and HR systems optimisation.
2. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UK regulations.
3. Act as the central enabler for CoE and BP teams, supporting strategic initiatives with operational insights and expertise.
4. Partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to address operational requirements and deliver high-quality HR services.
