Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with an exciting Events firm based in South London who are looking for an outgoing, friendly and bubbly Office Manager to join their close knit team!
This is a fantastic role for a proactive Office Manager who loves to be the lynch pin for the office and team!
Part-time role: Monday to Friday on-site, 9AM - 1PM ideally but some flexibility for the right candidate.
THE ROLE:
1. Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and records management.
2. Facilitate team meetings and assist with administrative tasks.
3. Manage client and vendor communications, inquiries, and contracts.
4. Assist with Office budgets and raising PO's.
5. Support event logistics, budget management, and on-site coordination.
THE PERSON:
6. Proactive, outgoing and loves getting stuck in!
7. Thrives in a standalone role within a small team.
8. Proven experience as an Office Manager.
9. Looking for a long-term part-time opportunity.
